A pulse magnetic field circuit was designed with the preliminary parameters as follows:
1. The capacitors consist of four Japanese Rubycon flash lamp capacitors (330V 1300μF), configured to achieve a capacitance of 660V 1300μF with a maximum withstand voltage of 720VDC.
2. Two 75A unidirectional thyristors (model CS60-16) are connected in parallel.
3. An STC08H16K single-chip microcomputer (MCU) is used to control the power supply of the boost board, high-voltage output, thyristor driving, LED indication, speaker audio prompts, discharge voltage selection, and timing functions.
4. The capacitor discharge voltage is divided by resistors and compared with a reference voltage. Based on the selected reference voltage, the MCU determines whether the capacitor voltage has reached 200/300/400/500/600V (five levels in total; some levels can also be selected individually), after which the coil is discharged.
5. The boost board is controlled to stop operating simultaneously with capacitor discharge.
6. Interfaces on the circuit board include: 2-pin 12VDC input, 2-pin 12VDC output controlled by a relay, 2-pin high-voltage input, 2-pin 12V cooling fan interface, 2-pin coil interface, 4-pin MCU programming port, and 5-pin reference voltage interface.
7. Hole spacing for 4mm mounting holes: 152*102mm.
8. Circuit board dimensions: 160*110mm.

2,单向晶闸管是两个75A并联。CS60-16
3,单片机stc08h16k,用于控制升压板的供电,高压输出,晶闸管的驱动,led,喇叭声音提示,放电电压选择,定时功能
4,电容放电电压使用电阻分压后与基准电压比较,单片机根据选择的基准电压不同,判断电容的电压是否达到200/300/400/500/600V,总计五种,也可以只选择其中几种,然后对线圈放电。
5,在电容放电的同时控制升压板停止工作。
6,电路板上面的接口有:12VDC输入2P,经继电器控制后的12VDC输出2P,高压输入2P,12v散热风扇接口2P,线圈接口2P,单片机烧录口4P,基准电压接口5P
7,4mm安装孔的孔距:152*102mm,
