Analysis of Tariel Kapanadze generator principle

从最早的绿盒子发电机,到接下来的罐头盒发电机,通过视频发现这两个发电机使用的线圈是同一个,其中绿盒子里面的东西放在了外边。一个变压器,整流桥,两个带散热的晶体管,一个疑似薄膜电容的电容,然后是罐头盒,这个盒子比较小,升压线圈应该在里面,升压电路疑似使用的ZVS,因为外边有一个薄膜电容。至于盒子里面还有什么?目前还不知道,我猜测应该是大容量电容。

其实发电机最神奇的不是他的COP那么大,而是他的发电机频率是低频交流,且比较稳定。为什么这么说呢?因为他使用了高压高频升压电路,和一个低频逆变器和变压器,还有非常简单的电路。所以他不可能是唐.史密斯那种高频发电机的原理,即高频整流再逆变成可用的电能。

然后是线圈结构,从能看到的部分,我们很明显的看到高压线圈在外部,使用了粗的铜管,大概5匝。火花隙,从电火花形态我们可以知道电压比较低且电流比较小,频率比较高。从他后期几个发电机的视频,火花隙的火花有的有,有的很少,有点甚至没有火花隙,我们发现火花隙的火花不是必须的,它更像是一个保险或者是高压电路工作指示灯。另外,线圈由橘色线绕制,还有一根白色线连接接地线,然后橘色线和白色线进入绿盒子或者罐头盒子。罐头盒子里面还有高压线从里面出来。除此之外再无其它东西,简洁的可怕。

再来看其输入部分,输入部分是一台逆变器,目前就按照220V 50HZ设定其参数,其连接到变压器和罐头盒子,那么非常清楚变压器提供低压交流,整流后为晶体管和升压电路供电。220V交流进入盒子后为整个线圈提供一定的电流和频率。其电流大概0.26-0.42A,电池部分电流是6.5A左右。也就算说有效输入在12*0.65*95%=74W,74/220=0.33A,可见电流部分基本没有问题,测量值和计算值基本符合。

再看橘色线圈,很清楚,最外层线圈是从盒子里面出来的橘色线绕制,大约12匝*2=24匝。并且从后期4.8KW视频我们看到,这个最外层线圈与内部线圈可以分开,这就说明这个线圈应该是起到接收高频电流的作用,类似电容的作用。这个电流进入内部橘色线圈。并且这个橘色线与220v连接,至于怎么连接不清楚,盒子里面看不到。

白色线一端与接地线连接,另外一端进入盒子。初步猜测白色线也是一个线圈,绕制在塑料管上。为什么这么猜测,原因是VTA发电机的结构也是类似这种,两组一样的线圈。

剩下的未知,就是怎么让这两个线圈起作用增能的问题,也就算盒子里面怎么连接220V的问题了。发挥想象力。。。

In fact, the most amazing thing about the generator is not that its COP is as large, but that its generator frequency is low-frequency AC and is relatively stable. Why do you say that? Because he used a high-voltage and high-frequency boost circuit, a low-frequency inverter and transformer, and very simple circuits. So he couldn’t be Don. Smith’s principle of a high-frequency generator, that is, high-frequency rectification is inverted into usable electrical energy. Then there is the coil structure. From the visible part, we can clearly see that the high-voltage coil is on the outside, using thick copper pipes, about 5 turns. Spark gap, from the form of electric spark, we can know that the voltage is relatively low, the current is relatively small, and the frequency is relatively high. From his videos of several generators in the later period, there were some sparks in the spark gap, some few, and some even no spark gap. We found that the spark in the spark gap was not necessary. It was more like an insurance or a high-voltage circuit work indicator. In addition, the coil is wound with orange wire, and there is a white wire connected to the ground wire. Then the orange wire and white wire enter the green box or can box. There are also high-voltage wires coming out of the can box. There was nothing else else, it was terrifyingly concise. Let’s look at the input part.

The input part is an inverter. Currently, its parameters are set according to 220V 50HZ. It is connected to the transformer and the can box. It is very clear that the transformer provides low-voltage AC, and after rectification, it is supplied to the transistor and the booster circuit. Power supply. After 220V AC enters the box, it provides a certain current and frequency to the entire coil. Its current is about 0.26-0.42A, and the current of the battery part is about 6.5A. Even if the effective input is 12*0.65*95%= 74W and 74/220=0.33A, it can be seen that there is basically no problem in the current part, and the measured values and calculated values are basically consistent.

Looking at the orange coil again, it is clear that the outermost coil is wound with orange wire coming out of the box, about 12 turns *2=24 turns. And from the later 4.8KW video, we can see that this outermost coil can be separated from the inner coil, which means that this coil should play a role in receiving high-frequency current, similar to a capacitor. This current enters the inner orange coil. And this orange line is connected to 220v. As for how to connect it, it is unclear and cannot be seen inside the box.

One end of the white wire is connected to the ground wire and the other end enters the box. Preliminary speculation is that the white wire is also a coil wound on a plastic tube. The reason for this speculation is that the structure of the VTA generator is similar to this, with two sets of identical coils.

The remaining unknown is how to make these two coils work to increase energy, even how to connect the 220V inside the box. Use your imagination…
