Bedini tesla switch update特斯拉开关电路更新

基于bedini特斯拉开关电路，添加了两个波动开关用于切换三极管1，3，6/2，4，5to1，3，5/2，4，6。原始的特斯拉开关晶体管打开顺序是1，3，6/2，4，5，而bedini的pcb中显示的是1，3，5/2，4，6，两种开关模式都能工作。
